We were contacted by this Guilford CT couple to remodel their master bathroom. They were referred by our vendor North Haven Ceramic Tile of Wallingford.

Part of the process is we provide them with a Fixtures and Tile List which includes our vendor information. Homeowners meet with the salespeople and make their selections. Our vendors in turn provide us with the quotes and we include them in the detailed proposal we provide. Our proposals also include plumber and electrician costs because a proposal with allowances is not a complete proposal!
For this project the homeowners had a very clear vision of what they wanted and we used a hall closet to gain space for their beautiful walk in shower. They also added a linen cabinet in unused space and tucked a heated towel warmer behind the door.
The homeowners appreciated the detailed project schedule we provide to everyone involved. Two crews of Guilford remodeling contractors allow us to keep our jobs running smoothly and on time.
In addition to the bathroom remodel, we removed carpet on the second floor and installed oak hardwood flooring which was finished by Neals Wood Flooring of Branford.
