Previous kitchen remodel clients called us to talk about remodeling their master bathroom.
It was part of an addition they had completed in the 1990s and they wanted to get rid of the outdated jacuzzi tub and “spaceship” type shower stall.
We at Bencar Building Systems have done many bathrooms of this type over the years and were happy to take a look!
We discussed the project and left them with a Fixtures and Tile List which includes names of vendors for bathroom fixtures and tile. They made their selections and we shared them with our plumber, electrician, and tile installer to get prices for their aspects of the project. Once all that information is compiled, we presented it to the homeowners for discussion, and the contract was signed!
Our project schedule kept everyone on track and the project was completed in the time estimated.
