The homeowners have been in their ranch home for 14 years and like to entertain. Their current kitchen was not conducive to that with an angled wall that shrunk the kitchen space.
In our initial phone call, we discussed their ideas and wishes and gave them a starting cost for kitchen remodels but as we moved along in the pricing we realized, with their selections it would be more!
To create more space in their kitchen, we straightened out the wall between the kitchen and the sitting area. We also moved the doorway to the laundry room to the left and added a pocket door (which she absolutely loves!).
The Fabuwood cabinets they selected were Galaxy Frost for the uppers and the pantry cabinets and Galaxy Nickel for the base cabinets. The countertop is Stellar Night Silestone Quartz. She had her eye on this quartz for a long time and it was something that was non-negotiable! We love the way it sparkles.
The backsplash is Crystal Shores Diamond Delta Random linear glass mosaic and the undercabinet lights change colors!
The sink is a Native Trails Ash Farmhouse quartet sink with a Moen Belfield MotionSense matte black faucet.
We replaced the floor throughout the living area with an SPC whitewood 7"x48" engineered vinyl plank floor.
This kitchen is just an amazing transformation of existing space! The sitting area even got a new life when we removed the mirrors at the fireplace and painted the room. They loved it so much, they added a television and have begun to use the fireplace!
We really enjoyed working with them and they shared their appreciation for the crew on the job because of their care on their project and in their home in general. We're proud of our guys!
