Condominium Bathroom Remodel in Meriden, CT
This Meriden, Connecticut homeowner contacted Bencar Building Systems through a Google search to discuss a bathroom remodel in his home.
As you open the door, the bathroom was divided with a vanity, standup shower, and linen closet. Through another door was a tub/shower and a toilet, and it was dark in there!
He thought of moving the toilet to the standup shower location and turning the tub/shower to run against the back wall. After tracing the pipes down one floor and into the basement, it was determined this could be done. Another feature he liked was adding a drain in the floor, using the shower door to divide the room, and turning it into a wet room!
He met with Dani Conway at Bender for fixture and tile selections while we obtained pricing from our plumber and electrician. Our tile installer determined the quantity of tile needed for the projects, which eliminates any last-minute ordering!
Once we determined when the material would be available, we were able to schedule his project and work without interruption until it was completed.
