After her initial appointment with Bencar Building Systems at her home, she met with a salesperson at the Modern Plumbing Supply showroom in Mdidletown and North Haven Ceramic Tile in Wallingford to make her fixture and tile selections. As part of our remodel process, clients make these selections which are included in our fixed price proposal to them. This avoids the shock of selecting fixtures based on an allowance or being responsible for selecting, purchasing and coordinating delivery of your fixtures. We take care of it all for you.
When all the selections were made and our proposal was complete, we met with the homeowner to review the proposal. She was very happy with it and we were ready to get started!
Prior to starting everyone involved received a detailed project schedule so vendors would know when to deliver and the plumber and electrician would have us on their schedule. It ran smoothly and four weeks later this homeowner had two beautifully remodeled bathrooms thanks to Bencar Building Systems!
