A couple in Wallingford CT called us to talk about a bathroom remodel. They had been referred by a vendor we use for bathroom shower doors and glass walls. They also filled out the form on our website for our Bathroom eBook which has information on remodeling bathrooms.
At our remodeling company, we have a solid bathroom remodel process to take prospective clients through the steps leading up to the actual work. We met with the couple, took our pictures, notes and measurements and gave them our Fixtures and Tile checklist along with vendor information and sent them "shopping". There's no purchasing involved - they make their selections and the vendors send us the quotes so we can include everything in our proposal to them. They did a great job and with some changes they were ready to remodel!
Three weeks before the start date they received a project schedule outlining all the work to be done. We're there everyday, we schedule all the subs and make sure to clean up at the end of the day.
Everything went smoothly as expected and now they have a gorgeous bathroom which they love!
